One of my favorite restaurants in Nor Cal is Tomatina. Besides their delicious garlic roll appetizer, they have a phenomenon on their menu called a Piadine. It's basically a "Warm flatbread topped with a cool salad" and is one of the most fabulous things of all time. So you can imagine how happy I was today when I came across the Trader Joe's version on their shelf. For under $5 and in 5 minutes you can have your very own cheesy flatbread with a lemony arugula salad on top. It satisfies even my biggest Piadine cravings while I'm still right here in the city of angels. Delish!
